A Boat Made Out of Duct Tape?

Discovery Channel’s Mythbusters, Adam and Jamie, make a small sailboat out of duct tape. Using a steel frame and two layers of duct tape, they construct the boat like a skin on frame canoe. The duo even made a duct tape sail.

Watch the 3-minute film to see what happens.

Could this possibly be a new material for boat buiding? Probably not, but it would make a great DIY project for a group. I wonder how much a DIY duct tape canoe would cost?
